With most of Lyndale Secondary College’s buildings and facilities dating back to 1961, many had become unfit for purpose, under-utilised and dilapidated.

After successfully completing many project for the college over the last two decades, B2 was again engaged to refurbish the existing Lyceum building and create a modernised and welcoming community and performing arts space where students can explore creative pursuits.

Built using modular construction methods, the new two-storey learning centre features flexible indoor and outdoor learning environments that promote connection, collaboration and wellbeing.

The School Council engaged B2 to modernise, upgrade and convert some of the school’s existing buildings which had become dilapidated and were under-utilised.

B2 Architecture was engaged to design a variety of new buildings for Lalor East Primary School that included new administration and office facilities, new learning centres and outdoor spaces.

The Mentone Girls Secondary College School Council engaged B2 to help repurpose and transform the school’s existing technology building, which was no longer fit for purpose, to create a new STEAM centre for the school.

With the existing facility being dilapidated, under-utilised and no longer fit for purpose, Sensum Group engaged B2 to design a new learning centre that could be constructed quickly and cost effectively, while the school continued to operate.

With existing facilities outdated, dilapidated and unfit for purpose, the school needed to create a new learning centre and refurbish a number of existing facilities, while working within the site’s constraints and heritage overlays, which presented a variety of design challenges.

Despite being a relatively new school, some of Melbourne Girls College’s facilities were under-utilised and unfit for purpose.

Having worked with the Northern College of Arts and Technology for over 20 years, B2 was engaged to design and manage the upgrade and modernisation of the Performing Arts Centre and new administration facilities.

As an older school with heritage listed buildings, Westbreen Primary School needed to upgrade and modernise it’s outdated and dilapidated facilities.
