Designed to allow residents to live independently and enjoy being part of their local community, these two homes cater to the needs of people with all abilities.
This busy, growing family engaged B2 to design a custom architectural home that would take advantage of the surrounding views, while working within the planning restraints and available budget.
Working closely with the family we sought to understand their unique needs and how they wanted to live. Using sustainable passive design principles and our design featured both zoned and open plan living with seamless integration between the indoors and outdoors. Built over two storeys, with a basement carpark, this contemporary family home features four bedrooms, separate living and an outdoor entertainment area with pool.
