Modular design and construction allowed the majority of the construction works to be undertaken offsite. Each building was designed to be constructed using mods. Over three nights, the mods for two of the buildings were delivered and installed overnight – so that come morning time, traffic and flows weren’t disrupted.
Internal fit out works were then completed on-site, with minimal disruption.
