Our client, a property investor engaged us to design a contemporary townhouse development that would allow them to maximise the return on their investment.
Working within the constraints of the budget and planning restraints, our design solution allowed for the construction of three double-storey three bedroom townhouses. Each town house features sustainable passive design principles, zoned and open plan living and indoor and outdoor connectivity.
